Preceptor Request FAQ's

Types of Nurse Practitioner Students Considered 

Dr. Moore-Hebron is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in both Family and Psychiatric/Mental Health. Maryland, a compact state, is her state of licensure. Patients treated by Antorian Health receive care for behavioral health, mental health, psychosis, and medical cannabis evaluation. Students should check with their clinical faculty to see if Antorian Health can be considered as a practicum site.

What Requirements are Necessary

A current clinical affiliation agreement (i.e. contract) must be established between Antorian Health LLC and the Nursing program. Also, the program and/or student must maintain documentation to include criminal background checks, drug screen, a current CV, and HIPAA training,

Are Students Able to Precept at a Physical Site

Currently Antorian Health offers all services remotely via telehealth. At this time students considered for practicum placement would not report to a physical site.

Why do Preceptors Charge an Honorarium

Engaging in preceptorship is truly a commitment of time and training efforts, At times providers see fewer patients to accommodate training students. An honorarium reflects appreciation and recognition for service(s) rendered. Antorian Health requests an honorarium of $10 per precepted clinical hour.
